It's avocado season in California and I am so lucky because my sister has 3 avocado trees on her property. She is very generous with them too; she lets us pick a bunch when we hang out. This chunky salsa can be used for a multitude of meals. I tossed it together to pair with some sliced bell peppers, and the combination was explosive!
