Sweet potatoes are so good. I enjoy them roasted with rosemary, boiled, as fries (my favorite kind of fries) and have used them in several recipes (check out my black bean-sweet potato Taquitos and sweet potato Burger). Stuffing
For the longest time I did not care for stuffing. I am not sure why- perhaps it was the texture, the fact that it was cooked inside of a corpse, or a combination of both.
