Stuffed Baked Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are so good. While in college, my husband and I enjoyed a local Cuban restaurant just walking distance from our campus. My favorite item at the restaurant was plantains. Cauliflower Salad
I've never been much of a fan of raw cauliflower until I made this recipe. This salad is light and refreshing, and is delicious on its own.
