Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream AND Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pops!
After discovering that I could actually make healthy ice cream with one simple ingredient (see my post about ice cream), I decided to get a bit creative with different flavors and tried out making fudgesicles/pops.
My favorite thing about making banana ice cream is that you don’t have to use any sugar or sweeteners. Bananas are already so naturally sweet, it’s not necessary to add anything else!
And for those who worry that this will have an overwhelming banana flavor- Surprisingly, it is difficult to even detect the banana with the rich chocolate.

Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream
Ingredients:
6 Frozen Bananas (should have lots of spots)
3/4 c Cocoa Powder
Directions:
In a high-speed blender (I use my Vitamix) or food processor, cream your frozen bananas and cocoa powder until you achieve a thick, smooth ice cream.
For a fudgier taste, add more cocoa.
1. Begin pouring the freshly made ice cream into your dixie cups. Once the cup is about an inch full, add a small spoonful of pb. Continue to fill the cup with your ice cream. I filled mine up to the brim, but you do not have to make your pops as full. You can also add pb to the top of your cup.
