Banana Mango Spinach Smoothie
Smoothies are so delicious, aren’t they? Cold, fresh fruits and veggies blended to perfection!
I drink a Banana Mango Spinach Smoothie every morning, and couldn’t imagine a more satisfying breakfast to get my day started off just right! Although I love all kinds of smoothies, my favorite combination is bananas with greens and mango. Sometimes I substitute pineapple for the mango.
I also enjoy my smoothies super cold! My husband isn’t a fan of smoothies with ice, but I add 1-2 handfuls of ice cubes to mine to give it a cold, crisp bite.
Banana-Mango-Spinach Smoothie
3-5 ripe bananas (should have lots of spots…”leopard-print bananas”)
2 or 3 large handfuls of Spinach
1 Mango, cubed (sometimes I use 1 cup cubed pineapple instead)
1 c water
1-2 c ice

Blend up and enjoy!
We use our Vitamix, which is fantastic for blending, chopping, processing, etc.
