These popsicles are the perfect healthy snack on a hot day. The watermelon juice is naturally as sweet as can be, so there’s no need for added sweetener. I added pineapple chunks which made for an extra sweet tang in every bite.
You can use popsicle molds or dixie cups as seen in my Chocolate Fudge Pops recipe.
Watermelon-Pineapple Pops
Watermelon
Pineapple pieces or any other fresh or frozen fruit
Directions
Cut watermelon into large chunks and blend until liquid (I use my Vitamix blender).
Pour juice into popsicle molds or dixie cups with wooden stick.
Add fruit chunks and freeze until solid.
Enjoy!
