Imagine… a divine slice of carrot cake meets a gooey, sweet cinnamon bun.
That’s what this reminds me of, but in a juice. A healthy, light, nutritious juice. The best part about it is the fact that I can have seconds and thirds with no guilt (or tummy ache)!
It might seem a bit strange to see sweet potatoes in a juice recipe, but they taste great juiced and blended with other sweet produce. The potatoes do give this juice a slightly chalky texture, but I don’t mind it. I really enjoy this blend. 🙂
Makes about 4 c. juice.
Sweet Cinnamon Juice
9 Carrots
3 Apples
2 large Sweet Potatoes
Ginger (1+ inch)
Cinnamon (start with 1/4 tsp and add more to your liking! I use 1/2 tsp)
